- Please check all of the components of the goods with the freight company when receiving the goods. If find goods damaged, please do not sign for the goods, in consultation with the freight company and contact us.
- Because of long-distance transport of goods, it maybe cause some damage to external parts or screw loosening phenomenon, before start the engine, check all components of the engine clearly and only start the engine when make sure the engine in normal situation, or it may cause engine damage and personal damage.
- GA engine is 4 strokes engine, not 2 strokes engine, please do not use 2 strokes engine’s blend fuel, otherwise it will cause difficulty in starting the engine, engine running imbalance, and damage to the main components, even leads to the engine failure to start. If careless use of a mixture of fuel and oil happens, replace the filter, open the carburetor and thoroughly clean spark plug, then fill enough oil to start again.
- For the reason of safety transport, the engine is not injected oil and fuel, please inject plenty of oil and fuel before using it, otherwise it will cause serious damage to the engine, please use the eligible fuel and high-quality oil.
- Vibration of the engine will be higher when engine idling, install the propeller, inject sufficient oil and fuel, fixe the engine, check all parts of the engine is in normal situation, then make the engine run more than 30 minutes by constant speed in 1800rpm ~ 3000rpm for running-in. Engine idling speed must not exceed 3000rpm, after install the propeller, inject sufficient oil and fuel oil, fix the engine, check all parts of the engine is in normal situation, it can run by any speed. We recommend that after 6 hours operation time of the engine, it should be replaced the oil and install the matched BOSCH spark plug, after check all the parts of the engine in normal situation, then enter test flight stage.
- User should be familiar with the working principle and structure of the engine, adhere to regular maintenance and care, if find fault, do troubleshooting, prohibit the engine running with fault, or it may cause engine damage and personal damage. Before using, make comprehensive inspection of the engine every time, before and after flying, user should check thoroughly performance of the engine especially the easily loose parts.
- If adjust the engine, use standard engine maintenance tools, particularly for sensitive parameters, such as adjusting the valve clearance, must use clearance foot to adjust for several times to try and review scale.
- All engines are tested before delivery and can be applied to PPG use. However, according to difference of the environment, climate, fuel quality, different use and so on, the data maybe differ with the published data, published data is derived from engine limit test.
- This is not a certificated aircraft engine. It has not received any safety or durability testing, and conforms to no aircraft standards. It is for use in experimental, uncertificated aircraft and vehicles only in which an engine failure will not compromise safety. User assumes all risk of use, and acknowledges by his use that he knows this engine is subject to sudden stoppage.
